Steps to change wallpaper on Samsung Galaxy S9 home screen
From your homescreen, the wallpaper set on your smartphone can be visible as the background for all the widgets and apps. The launcher on your home screen can be used to change the wallpaper. To pop up the setting, simply long press any blank section of the screen for long enough. Select on the Wallpaper once the settings menu pops up.
The Galaxy S9 series wallpaper settings will allow you to choose several options from a long list of pre-installed wallpapers. Select the gallery option if you have to change the image for your wallpaper. The gallery option can be found on the far left. This page will also enable you to select images from several cloud storage accounts so as to set if as a wallpaper. You need to have linked these cloud storage accounts to your Gallery app to be able to access files on it.
Once you are done choosing the image you would like for your wallpaper, all you need to do now is click on the bar at the top of the screen and select whether you would like the image to be your lock screen wallpaper or the screen wallpaper. You can also set the image to act as wallpaper for both the lock screen and the screen. To complete the process, click on Set as wallpaper.
Changing Galaxy wallpaper from phone settings
You can change the wallpaper for Galaxy S9 series smartphone directly from the main settings. Locate the Sound and Display and then continue by selecting on Wallpaper. After this step, the rest of the steps are quite similar to the previous one mentioned above.
A similar screen as pointed out in the procedure above will pop up with the same menu from where you can select the wallpaper you would like from a list of pre-installed wallpapers. You can also choose a different image from the images in your gallery.
